The indigo-dyed noren (short curtain) that provides shade from the sun is the marker. We have continued operations at the foot of Nihonbashi since 1857. In addition to kintsuba, Umeboshi-ame candies, Amananatto beans, and Tamadare cake, which are our original products, we have a wide selection of soft fresh seasonal sweets and gift items.

Anmitsu is a signature Edo confection from Eitaro. Although it is sold in various forms such as cans or cups nowadays, it originally used to be served in tea rooms. Brown sugar syrup and simple syrup made in-house and natural agar derived from flavorful tengusa seaweed are ingredients Eitaro carefully curates. Fresh fruits harmoniously intertwine with the semi-hard agar and syrup into a taste that makes you feel somewhat nostalgic.
